Returns & Exchanges

At PlainJaneStPete, we want you to love your new look, but if it's not a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
